Delete your account & data
Start account deletion in-app in under a minute, or request it by verified email. Here's exactly what happens.
Sndora is operated by LUSIVIONIX, LDA (NIPC 519078268), Rua Comandante Palmiro Fernandes, 57B, Bombarral, 2540-040, Portugal. This page explains how to delete your account and personal data — including data obtained via Meta/Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp login or messaging — and what we're legally required to retain.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way, if you can sign in:
- Sign in at sndora.com.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Type your email to confirm. This schedules permanent deletion in 30 days and signs you out.
You'll receive an email confirming the request with a cancellation link. If you change your mind, open that link any time before the 30-day window ends to fully restore your account.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, email legal@sndora.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We verify the request comes from your account email, then schedule deletion on the same 30-day timeline. We acknowledge requests within five (5) business days.
Timeline
- Day 0 — you request.Your account is disabled, you're signed out of all sessions, and we email you a confirmation with a cancellation link.
- Days 1–30 — grace period. Deletion is fully reversible via your cancellation link. We email a reminder before the final purge.
- Day 30 — permanent deletion.Your data is permanently deleted or anonymised as described below. This step can't be undone.
What we delete
- Your account and profile, and your sign-in identity.
- Connected-channel and provider credentials/tokens (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, commerce and payment integrations).
- Conversation, contact and customer data we process on your behalf.
- AI-derived data (embeddings, memories, prompt/response history, caches).
- Stored media and files (images, voice notes, chat media, documents, uploads).
- Scheduled and queued background jobs, so nothing runs after deletion.
What we're required to retain
Some records must be kept to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, or where there is an outstanding invoice, chargeback or legal request. Where that applies, the personal data in those records is anonymised and the financial/legal record is retained for the period required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy. Everything not under such an obligation is deleted.
Account vs. workspace
Deleting your account removes youas a person. If you're the only owner of a workspace that still has data or other members, we'll ask you to transfer ownershipor delete the workspace first, so your teammates aren't left without an owner. Deleting a workspace is a separate action.
